Urban Discovery Academy required a complete seismic upgrade to their existing two story unreinforced masonry building, along with the attachment of an entirely new building. The interior of the building was completed to withstand that lateral and gravitational loads onto the structure. Additional work was completed to implement a new stair walkway roof bridge, playground area, and mechanical screens.
