The Patio on Goldfinch provided the first LEED GOLD award in San Diego. The structural work required us to work with an existing shell along with the relocation of columns for proper support throughout the space. The existing shell of the structure required work to ensure that its structural deficiencies were addressed to support the loading into the structure.
