University Heights plays host to quite a few public hotspots, one of such being Polite Provisions. The building was in need of structural reinforcement, which was provided. The entire structure would be used to incorporate new Joists, Beams, Posts, and Walls. The combination of these elements made for a safe structure with the ability to house and support the needs of the Owner/Architect.
