 1906 Lodge in Coronado beach required a basement/garage addition to the existing lodge above. There would also be a new two story bungalow added onto the site. Reinforced steel, concrete walls, and plywood shearwalls were implemented into this project. Due to the addition new Turned Downed footings and concrete slab-on-grades were put into the sites foundation. The additional Bungalows were supported via Steel Beams and Concrete poured over a metal decking system.​.
